This Terms of Use is prepared independently by Unoh Inc. (Unoh) and is in light of “Unoh Search” (software) which is administered by Unoh. To use our software, please agree to this Terms of Use that is provided below.
Article 1 (Licensing)
Unoh will license the right to use this software once you have agreed to our Terms of Use. The software will be available by selecting “I Accept the Terms of Use” button and instructions on installation will follow.
Article 2 (Rights)
Unoh reserves all rights to this software.
Article 3 (Prohibitions)
Unoh prohibits copying, public transmission (unless with attained permission from Unoh), infringing, loaning, translating, adaptation, assaying , selling, reverse-engineering, recompilation, reverse assembling of this software and of any other misacts that are incompatible with our rights.
However, copying and loaning of this software with good intentions of introducing it to others is accepted.
Article 4 (Support)
We are not responsible for supporting introduction methods, usage, difficulties, and malfunctions of this software.
Article 5 (Upgrading Version)
Unoh may upgrade this version of software. In this case, this Terms of Use agreement shall be applied to the new version as well.
Article 6 (Warranty)
Unoh does not guarantee the quality, performance, safety, certainty of this software. Furthermore, we do not guarantee this software’s compatibility with other software nor that this software performs under your Internet environment even if this software is satisfactory of the recommended environmental conditions(*).

Article 7 (Advertisement)
Unoh can freely display any advertisements of a third party on this software page and on the pages that are provided as a result of your use of this software. In addition, all profits from displaying such advertisement(s) will be monopolized by Unoh.
Article 8 (Damage Compensation)
If you cause damages/losses to Unoh by violating this Terms of Use or by any other illegal and unlawful acts, we hold the right to request compensation of such violations.
Article 9 (Indemnities)
Unoh is exempt from all direct and indirect damages that may be brought upon you by using or not using this software.
Article 10 (Changes to Terms of Use)
Unoh can amend this Terms of Use at anytime. We will inform you on our homepage of any changes and additions regarding this Terms of Use. You are responsible for confirming the latest contents of the Terms of Use when using this software.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction of Agreement)
All laws stated in this Terms of Use are Japanese. Furthermore, if a lawsuit occurs concerning this software and one of our users, it shall be assumed that the court is held in our location and lawsuits be adjudicated by the laws of Japan.
